Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th May 2008
NSW Teachers Federation, Conference Centre
37 Reservoir Street  Surry Hills  NSW  2010

The growth of the web, social media and user led innovation has created the age of the direct-to-consumer communication.   Media outlets are increasingly using the internet to disseminate news and communications professionals are moving to on-line marketing and public relations, by passing traditional media.

This conference will focus on the importance of on-line communications strategies for Public Affairs Professionals and engaging the media in this dynamically evolving multi-user environment.  The 9th Annual Public Affairs Convention is designed for Media, Public Affairs, Communications and Public Relations specialists.

Each convention showcases the talents and expertise of up to 30 prominent media professionals as speakers or panellists in discussions, lectures and case studies.  Monday afternoon will include a Media Training Workshop presented by Kennedy Communications.  The convention includes welcome drinks and dinner with a key note speaker.  For further information please go to our Sydney Convention Page

The Perth Seminar will be held on Thursday 11th September 2008
